Modern Mediterranean began as a dark, heavily finished 6,800 sq.ft. home that was designed in the early 2000s. The Tuscan spec home was thoughtfully transformed into a warm, light-filled retreat inspired by Spanish Revival architecture. Strategic architectural updates, natural materials (including plaster and quartzite), along with curated furnishings, created a home that feels editorial in quality yet entirely livable. Today, the home feels calm, layered, and centered around the rhythms of family life.
