Swoon is April Hickman Design’s HQ, the 1,900 sq. ft. 1936 home reimagined as the studio and creative hub. Drawn to its history and potential, April thoughtfully restored the space, honoring its past while shaping a unique environment where creativity could flourish. Since its renovation, former residents have stopped by to share memories of their childhood. Swoon is an inspirational space where clients can connect with the team and dream about their own projects.
