​​The Overlook is a 12,000 sq. ft. home built on a rim lot up in Snow Canyon, St. George, in a private gated community. The home was designed for a beauty-industry CEO and her family, where individuality became the central theme of this property. From Brazilian quartzite to limestone flooring, velvet drapery to custom furnishings and lighting sourced from Italy, every element in this comprehensive renovation was curated to create a completely bespoke and one-of-a-kind home. From pink, purple, and disco, it was playful at every level and inspired meaningful family moments while reflecting a bold, unmistakable point of view.
